Who it's for

Built for people who live off delivering events

Konectta was born inside an events operation. Every module exists because a specific pain in this market asked for it.

🍽️

Catering & buffets

Recipe sheets, per-event food cost and menus stop living in spreadsheets. You know the margin before closing, not a month later.

🏛️

Venues and event spaces

Date availability, proposals and contracts in a single calendar. No more guessing which date is on hold and for whom.

💍

Wedding & event planners

Every client with their own history, checklist and vendors. The whole team sees the same event without depending on who took the call.

🏢

Corporate catering

High volume of small orders, with cost centres and per-client billing. Repeat quotes become saved templates.

All integrated

One platform for your entire operation

Stop stitching together spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and disconnected systems. Konectta centralises every step.

Inside

What each part actually does

Four areas covering the entire lifecycle of an event — from the first message to the final result.

01 Sales & AI

From cold lead to closed deal, without losing anyone along the way

The pipeline is visual and draggable. Each card carries the full history of the deal, and whatever needs attention rises to the daily briefing on its own.

  • Kanban with multiple pipelines — configurable columns, drag and drop, filters by rep and period.
  • Quote before the lead — simulate price and food cost, save it as a template and attach it to the deal when it closes.
  • Activities and follow-ups — reminders attached to the lead, flagging what's overdue and what has stalled.
  • Disco AI — ask “which leads need attention?” or “how is the sales pipeline doing?” and get an answer about your own numbers.
  • Radar — stalled leads, thin margins and financial issues flagged before they become problems.
02 Operations

The event gets delivered without a group chat becoming your system

Once the sale is approved, the event moves into production with its date, staffing, checklist and kitchen in the same place. Everyone looks at the same version.

  • Event calendar — week, month and year views, filters by rep and status, PDF export.
  • Work orders and checklists — what has to happen, by whom, by when.
  • Kitchen display system — a production screen tracking prep stage by stage.
  • Freelancer staffing — positions, headcount and labour cost inside the event.
  • Recipe sheets and menus — recipe, yield and cost per portion feeding the quote.
03 Finance & purchasing

Know the margin of each event, not just the month's revenue

Costs come in from operations and purchasing, and come out as a result per event. You stop finding out an event lost money after it's over.

  • Cost centre per event — ingredients, labour, taxes and commission consolidated in one place.
  • Management P&L — revenue, direct cost, expenses and result, by period and by event.
  • Payables and receivables — due dates, payment settlement and projected cash flow.
  • Purchasing and quotes — registered vendors, orders and price comparison before you buy.
  • Automatic flags — a gap between budgeted and actual becomes a task, not a surprise.
04 Management & team

See the whole operation without asking anyone for a report

The Command Center opens with whatever needs attention today. Everything else becomes a report whenever you want it, in the format you want.

  • Dashboard with targets — pipeline, won, conversion and pace against the monthly target.
  • Reports and export — ready-made and custom reports, with PDF output.
  • Role-based permissions — each role sees only what belongs to it; finance isn't open to the floor staff.
  • Teams and multi-unit — several units and teams on one account, with a record of who did what.
  • Public forms and API — capture leads straight from your site with UTM tracking, and integrate with what you already use.
Customer messaging

Your business WhatsApp, inside the CRM

Event clients decide over WhatsApp. The problem is that the conversation lives on one person's phone while the pipeline lives in the system. In Konectta they're the same thing.

  • Official Meta API — a verified number, with no phone propped up in the corner of the office.
  • Queue and departments — conversations shared across the team, with yours separated from everyone's.
  • Conversation tied to the lead — the WhatsApp history shows up inside the deal, next to the activities.
  • Multiple numbers — one per unit or department, all in the same inbox.
  • Approved templates — when the 24-hour window closes, you reopen contact with a Meta-approved template.

Coming from an unofficial solution? You don't have to switch everything at once — the inbox supports both modes.

FAQ

Questions that always come up

How much does it cost?
R$ 600 a month or R$ 5,200 a year (you save R$ 2,000), with every module included. You pay by card through Stripe, and whoever subscribed can change the card or cancel under Settings › Subscription.
When do I get access?
Right away. As soon as Stripe confirms the payment, your company account is created and the access details go to the email you registered. On first sign-in, a tour shows you around and the setup steps get your company's numbers in place.
Can I bring in data from my spreadsheets?
Yes. Konectta imports client and sales lists, and your vendors, menus and recipe sheets can be loaded at the start. During onboarding we look at what you have today and decide what's worth migrating — usually your client base and closed events.
Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?
Not necessarily. The inbox works with a number on the official Meta API and also with the unofficial mode, so you can start with the number you already advertise. What changes is that conversations now live on the platform instead of on one person's phone.
Does it work on mobile?
It does. The platform is fully cloud-based and the interface adapts to phones, with its own navigation and full-screen views. In practice that's what matters on event day, when nobody is sitting at a desk.
Is my data secure? What about privacy law?
Data is isolated per account, access is controlled by role — each person sees only the module that belongs to them — and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log. Integration credentials are stored encrypted. The data is yours: you can export it, and delete it if you decide to leave.
Will my team be able to use it?
The platform was designed inside an events operation, using everyday language — lead, event, staffing, recipe sheet — rather than ERP jargon. Each role logs in and sees their own screen, which cuts training down a lot. We walk through the setup with you during onboarding.
